MESA Program Involvement Agreement (MPIA)

Once you attend a MESA program orientation, you are well on your way to becoming a MESA student at SRJC!

The final step is to sign a MESA Program Involvement Agreement (MPIA). In order to best serve you and enrich your academic experience, the MESA Program establishes the expectation that you will get involved on campus and be proactive in advancing your academic, leadership, community service and career goals.  We will also check on you periodically throughout the semester to monitor your progress and make sure you are on track to transfer to a 4-year college or university with a STEM major. The MPIA holds you accountable for:

• Registration
• Communication
• Academic Progress
• Transfer Progress
• Academic and Pre-Professional Development
• Community involvement
